"Very pleasent and polite bunch (of salespeople). First they removed roadside assistance from the policy without informing me. Then they kept lying that they will add it again, never did (I didn't really need it so I stayed with them). And now they raised my premium without informing me. Every once in a while You get a bad surprise from these people, but they are not expensive."
